Staging an empty home:
My service contracts are typically for 60 days.
I have my own inventory of furniture, rugs, art, lighting, objects to stage and style any home.
I will evaluate the existing space and decide the best way to stage based on your budget and time frame.
I can quickly come back with mood boards and a list of what needs to be done.
I work with realtors to get the job done with as little stress as possible. I can also advise on any home improvements ie. lighting, paint & fix,I have a team that can do the job.
As for COVID-19 precautions, my team and I will wear a mask while in your home and while working with you.

Staging your home while living there:
For people who are looking to sell but are still living in their home, I will create a look you, and perspective buyers, will love.
Living in the space you are trying to sell can be stressful, but I am here to lift the burden and make the experience safe, calm, and quick.
I will source everything you need to stage your home within a flexible budget for you to purchase. Having staged many homes on a wide range of budgets I have become a savvy shopper. I excel in finding items that look high end, even on a tight budget.
To bring in larger items I have a great team of movers to help.
After your property sells, you get to take the new decor and/or furniture to your new home.
To prep your home for the photographs I will bring in fresh flowers, fruit, etc. I am also available to help with open houses when needed.
